First Tee Time is at 1:00 PM – The Final Drive: Complimentary 18-Hole Round at Entrada. Tee times are every 10 minutes and if you would like to particpate you will be assigned a specific tee time. Only for those use purchase the Full Destination Pass.(Non-CME)

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund for your MSK Conference ticket, please refer to the following timeline:

Up to 30 Days Before the Event:
Cancellations made more than one month prior to the event start date are eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
Between 30 Days and 10 Days Before the Event:
Cancellations made within the four-week window leading up to the event (but at least 10 days prior) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Within 10 Days of the Event:
Cancellations made 10 days or fewer before the event start date are non-refundable ($0).

When does registration close?

Registration closes on September 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM (MT).
Final attendee additions or changes cannot be guaranteed after September 2 due to venue and catering deadlines with The Inn at Entrada.

Can I modify my registration after purchasing?

Changes may be requested prior to September 2, 2026. After this date, modifications cannot be guaranteed due to venue commitments.

When is the room block deadline?

The room block expires on August 1, 2026. After this date, unbooked rooms return to general inventory at standard market rates. We strongly recommend booking early, as September is peak season in St. George.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

Sunday’s Final Drive includes green fees for Full Destination Pass attendees.

Club rentals may be available through Entrada’s pro shop (advance reservation recommended - $65.00 per set).
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own clubs.
Pairings and tee times will be coordinated in advance.

Do I need to bring my own pickleball equipment?

Pickleball courts will be reserved for attendees during the scheduled Friday session (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM).

Paddles and balls are typically available at Entrada, but availability may be limited.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own equipment if preferred.

Athletic attire and court shoes are recommended.

Explore the Area: Entrada is perfectly situated near Utah’s most iconic landscapes. Visit the red rocks of Snow Canyon State Park (2.8 miles), take a day trip to Zion National Park (46 miles), or explore the towering hoodoos of Bryce Canyon National Park (146 miles).

Is there a dress code?

Yes.

Conference Sessions: Business casual recommended.
Friday Summit Social: Resort or elevated casual attire encouraged.
Golf: Collared shirts and appropriate golf attire required.
Restaurant & Club Areas: Smart casual; no swimwear or athletic tank tops inside dining areas.
